We offer 'template' itineraries which are detailed below.  However, we are more than willing to tailor your trip according to your needs, budgets, and legs - so please don't hesitate to get in touch with any questions.

This trip in Colombia's world-famous Coffee Region offers running and trekking routes which follow in the footsteps of the famous Simon Bolivar and takes in the world's tallest palm trees in the sweeping, green Cocora Valley.

The tour also involves visiting a working coffee plantation to give you the chance to get to understand more about the process and taste wonderful farm-fresh coffee.

The tour is based in the enchanting little town of Salento, which serves as a gateway to the Cocora Valley as well as the snow-capped peaks of Los Nevados National Park.

The idea of running Paradise Trotters Tours came from a holiday with friends with a very similiar itinerary to the ones we offer here as we wanted to share our amazing experience with others.  The tour was inspired by running the 32.5 beautiful kms which constitute one lap of San Andrés, which is one of three Colombian Caribbean islands.

San Andrés is the largest of the three unique, biodiverse islands in the archipelago where the official languages are Spanish, English and Creole.
